Thomas Associates’ Heather Darrah Announced UL Standards & Engagement 2024 Impactful New Contributor Award Winner

Cleveland, OH – June 6, 2025 – Thomas Associates is honored to announce that Heather Darrah, VP of Technical Services, has been awarded UL Standards & Engagement’s 2024 Impactful New Contributor Award. The Award “recognizes a UL Standards & Engagement technical committee member whose early level of engagement and enthusiasm demonstrates strong promise as a continuing contributor to ULSE standards development.”

The Impactful New Contributor Award is one of five categories in the annual Stakeholder Awards & Recognition (STAR) program. Through these awards, UL Standards & Engagement aims to highlight the significant contributions from stakeholders, members, and partners each year. The other award categories for 2024 include the Collaborative Committee Impact Award, the Dedicated Service Award, the Impactful Member of the Year Award, and the Global Impact Award.

Ms. Darrah was honored at an in-person celebration on June 4th in Evanston, IL.
